Inspection items and technical requirements

1. Appearance: The surface of the glass cover is smooth and clean, without obvious dirt, sharp glass fragments or other foreign objects, and without obvious scratches, bubbles, mottling, lines, waves, mold marks, fog spots and other adverse phenomena.

2. Construction: The shape and size comply with the technical drawings or sealing requirements. The glass cover should be placed flat on a horizontal glass countertop without obvious oscillation or warping.

3. Thermal shock resistance: put the glass cover in a 200 ℃± 2 ℃ incubator for 30min, and then quickly put it into cold water at 25 ℃± 5 ℃. After 5min, take out the glass cover, and there shall be no crack.

4. Mechanical impact resistance: Place the glass cover flat on a wooden board and use a 227 ± 2g steel ball with a diameter of 38 mm to fall freely at a distance of 50 mm above the edge of the glass cover (not around the hole) (the glass cover diameter is ≥ 281mm, and the height of the steel ball is required to be 1.5 mm). The glass cover must not be damaged.

5. Crushing test: Use a punch to impact and break the glass cover. The fragments in any 50 * 50 mm square at a distance of 30 mm from the edge should be uniform, and the maximum weight should not exceed 4.5g.

6. Temperature resistance test: Place the glass cover in a constant temperature box at 300 ℃ for 10 hours, take it out and let it cool naturally. The glass cover should have no self explosion phenomenon; Place the glass cover at -20 ℃ for 4 hours, remove it and let it return to normal temperature. The glass cover should be free from cracking.
